DVIDS: North Dakota Air Guard Assists Bismarck in Flood Fighting Efforts:

There was substantial flooding along the Mississippi in Louisiana and other states last month; however, there's more water coming. Much more snow has fallen up north than usual. That snow has melted and is now traveling down the Missouri River. The confluence of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers is just north of St. Louis, so areas affected by flooding earlier this year may be in for a second douse. Flooding is possible along the Missouri River as the water up north is released from dams. The western corn belt could be hit by the high waters, so stock up on ethanol now.
