Video: Some Flood Levels Along the Mississippi Have Been Revised Down

Evacuations that were supposed to become mandatory today in one Louisana town have been put on hold, after officials said the river that's threatening Butte LaRose might not get as high as feared.

Closing the river to barge traffic is bad, but at least we've finally gotten some good news about the flooding levels. The news in Butte La Rose, Louisiana, is that the flood level is being revised downward.
